2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver our services.

Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.

Maintain access to required platforms and tools (e.g., website, GHL account, hosting).

Make timely payments as agreed in your contract or invoice.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the pricing structure outlined in your agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are due before the start of each billing cycle or project.

Late payments may result in paused services or termination.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and other methods outlined in your invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

All original work created by ScaleLab Solutions remains our property until full payment is received.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part of the service deliverables without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of service. We will not share or disclose your business data, credentials, or internal strategies without your consent, unless legally required.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales results due to the nature of SEO and third-party platform changes. ScaleLab Solutions is not liable for:

Losses caused by delays, downtime, or data breaches outside our control.

Third-party service failures, such as hosting providers or software platforms (e.g., Go High Level, Google, etc.).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice of at least 14 days. Upon termination:

All outstanding fees must be paid.

Access to systems and deliverables will be revoked until payment is complete.

Partial refunds are not applicable for monthly retainers.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pasig, Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
